Join the Go Fish Faculty (http://www.gofishnow.com) for this exciting, break-through Grief Training. The Grief Facilitation discipleship processSM, created by Master Instructors of Life Purpose Coaching Centers International, Susan Singleton, J.D., and Kathryn McColskey, Ph.D., is a remarkable tool that is based upon the premise that persons who have lost a loved one benefit from participating in a personalized, private facilitation 8 months to a year or more after the death of their loved one. As a result, McColskey and Singleton have designed an interactive computer template or hardcopy text, to be used by a trained facilitator who guides a person who is grieving through the 5-6 hour, Bible-based process in a "day away" event or in 5-6 one hour "consecutive sessions" format. (Perfect tool for counselors, coaches, and Stephen Ministers.) This one-to-one discipleship processSM uses a series of grief Scriptures as the focal point for a question/answer/reflective dialogue between the participant and facilitator. Through this process the participant is empowered to discover the Scripture's relevance to their personal grief event, and realize the ways God brings hope and healing in this season in their life.

GRIEF BIBLE STUDY PUBLISHED Grief Rite: Moving From Mourning to Ministering

Tri Cord Publishing, the source you trust for quality Bible based books and curriculum, is pleased to announce the publication of first time authors Kathryn McColskey, Ph.D. and Susan Cobb Singleton, JD. Grief Rite is a unique Bible Study designed for those who are grieving or those who want to minister to the grieving.

Grief Rite: Moving from Mourning to Ministering
explores a series of Biblical principles for grieving taken from the lives of Biblical characters. Grief Rite is a rite of passage which everyone will travel during various seasons of their life when they lose a significant loved one. In this 6 week study, learn how grieving is: a time of mourning and reflection, a time to seek refuge in God's comfort and hope, a time of introspection, a time of surrender, and a time when we become wounded healers.
